Hands2gether is a not-for- profit pottery, art and craft company that welcomes volunteers. We are committed to providing a community based service that creates a venue for groups to promote diversity, as well as choice and community integration. We specialise in supporting those who are differently abled and welcome volunteers who are willing to give up their time to help and support others.

What Skills do I need?
A willingness to smile and to help others to do the same is the only essential qualifications!
We recognise that volunteers may have specific art and craft backgrounds that they are willing to share with others, but if you don’t then please do not let this stop you volunteering.

What’s in it for you?
Volunteering can help you to gain skills and confidence, to gain valuable work experience, whilst meeting new people, there is no better feeling then you have helped to make a big difference.

How old do I have to be?
Our volunteers are of all ages and come from all types of backgrounds. The ‘’normal’ age range starts at 16…..

How much time do I have to give?
If you can manage a day or even half a day on a regular basis we will be pleased, more than that, we will be ecstatic!

Our volunteers are welcome to assist us as and when they can whether this is regularly or occasionally, either for a few hours or a few days.

Our volunteers come from all walks of life and whatever time you can spare it will always be appreciated. Hands2gether will always welcome your commitment and, in return, we can promise you a very fulfilling time.

We are keen to meet people who would like to help whether in the pottery unit or the paint your own and craft unit, if you are interested please contact us by telephoning 01752 658784 or email: hands2gether@talktalk.net or send a message through ‘Facebook’.
